About me

My name is Helga Durst, and I work as an attorney-at-law specialised in the field of employment law.

I obtained my law degree at the University of Eötvös Loránd Faculty of Law and Political Sciences in 2016. I completed my bar exams in 2020, since then I have been working as a qualified attorney-at-law as a member of the Budapest Bar Association. I received my LL.M. degree as an employment law specialist at the University of Eötvös Loránd in 2023.

I gained professional experience at international law firms: I worked as a junior lawyer at Allen & Overy Budapest, where I was mainly engaged in corporate law, competition law, employment law and data protection cases. In 2019, I joined the employment law team of Deloitte Legal Law Firm, where I was a member for nearly seven years and the head of the employment law team for a year and a half.

Although the employment relationship is hierarchical relationship, it is also built on trust, and therefore its establishment requires lawful and carefully considered preparation, the selection of the appropriate legal framework, and the thorough drafting of contractual terms.

If a dispute has already arisen, I also represent my clients during the resolution process.
